As a JC Licht Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering with the VP of Sales, to ensure sales objectives are met while upholding JC Licht’s company values in order to support a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-end results.

You will be leading a sales team within an assigned region by hiring new outside sales reps, training and coaching your team, and guiding and prioritizing company efforts to optimize results. We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement of sales goals. Sales Managers will frequently travel to meet clients and provide support to outside sales representatives, and they must maintain and develop working relationships with our customers and vendors.


  • Driving sales and monitoring all aspects of business for the assigned region to achieve standards and quotas.
  • Traveling to customer and store locations as a corporate liaison building partnerships.
  • Research the market and stay up to date on industry trends and key client opportunities.
  • Delivering or presenting products & services to customers with sales team members.
  • Recruiting, training/developing, and managing sales team members.
  • Continuously build strong relationships with team members and client base and vendors.

  • 3+ years prior sales experience with a strong performance record.
  • Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team.
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
