- Field all incoming calls from current and past customers
- Effectively and efficiently trouble shoot issues with customers and provide solutions
- Enter custom orders into POS system
- Keep customers apprised as to the disposition of their order.
- Receive shipments, both physically and organizationally
- Process payments
- Review all custom orders for accuracy of order entry and product specifications.
- Process all repair/remake orders for recent installations as well as warranty related items.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with service related products within the home improvement/home furnishing industry a plus
- Motivated to go above and beyond to satisfy all customers’ needs
- Must be very detail oriented
- Excellent keying skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
