• Field all incoming calls from current and past customers
  • Effectively and efficiently trouble shoot issues with customers and provide solutions
  • Enter custom orders into POS system
  • Keep customers apprised as to the disposition of their order.
  • Receive shipments, both physically and organizationally
  • Process payments
  • Review all custom orders for accuracy of order entry and product specifications.
  • Process all repair/remake orders for recent installations as well as warranty related items.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with service related products within the home improvement/home furnishing industry a plus
  • Motivated to go above and beyond to satisfy all customers’ needs
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Excellent keying skills
  • Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
